SKCTI Brings HRDF Saudization Training Program to Huawei Tech PDF Print E-mail

HRDF Saudization Training Program: (1) SAS Group Chairman and SKCTI Founder and
President Dr. Saleh A. Sonbul, PhD during his visit to the Human Resources (HR) Department
of the Huawei Tech  Investment Saudi Arabia  Co., Ltd for the latest updates on the implementation
of the HRDF Nationalization (Saudization )Training Program being undertaken by SKCTI
as one of the HRDF-authorized training providers. 
Also in the picture are: (2) SKCTI GM Fareed Omar Al-Sonbul,  (3) Huawei HR Director Mr Xiao Shiwei 
and (4) Huawei  Deputy HR Director Sherif Abdelraouf Ibrahim  and the other heads
of the HRDF program from  both sides.

 

SAS Group Chairman and Science and Knowledge Consultancy and Training Institute (SKCTI) Founder and President Dr. Saleh  A. Sonbul, PhD, together with his team, paid a courtesy visit to the Human Resources (HR) Department of the Huawei Tech Investment Saudi Arabia, Ltd (Huawei) and was welcomed by the Huawei HR Director Xiao Shiwei as part of the implementation of the Saudization training-with-employment program of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).  Twenty (20) new Saudi national recruits of the Huawei will be trained by the SKCTI in the different HRDF-approved training programs namely:  Project Management, Administrative Assistant, Secretarial and Office Administration, Accounts Registrar, Front Desk Reception, Showroom Salesman, and Executive Secretarial amongst others - all under the supervision of the Technical Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) of the General Directorate for Private Training.

This is in line with the HRDF programs on Saudization of jobs and the preparation of Saudi youth in order to assume their responsibilities and participate in the growth and development of the national economy. Through proper partnership with HRDF-approved training institutes like SKCTI, private companies like Huawei are encouraged and assisted so that they can hire local Saudis and make their capabilities and services available to them.

signing a more aggressive Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA)  

The Science and Knowledge Consultancy and Training Institute or SKCTI (formerly SKCTC) and Quality Academy Egypt or QAE finally signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement or SPA to deliver more international standard quality management and audit training programs in Saudi Arabia. The main signatories to the SPA are Dr Saleh A. Sonbul, PhD, SAS Chairman and SKCTI president and founder on one side and Mr Ayman Barakat, QAE Executive Manager on the other side. This was held at the SKCTI Main Executive Conference Room, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on the 28th of June 2011. 

The partnership aims to aggressively bring to Saudi Arabia stronger international and regional collaborative efforts in delivering more accredited IRCA and RABQSA training programs in ISO Auditor and Lead Auditor for Quality Management System QMS ISO 9001, Environment Management System EMS ISO 14001, Occupational and Health and Safety OHSAS 18001, Food Safety Management System FSMS ISO 22000, and Information Security Management System ISMS iSO 27001 and others. Participants will be issued global certificates from the ISO Certification Co, Ltd, an approved Training Organization by IRCA and RABSQA.

The signing ceremony was attended by all the executives and department heads of the SKCTI Institute headed by its General Manager Mr Fareed Omar Sonbul.

The SPA signing is the culmination of long months of negotiations, evaluations, and fine-tunings to produce an effective, aggressive, and mature level of training business collaboration across the GCC region.

SKCTC LAUNCHES NEW BILINGUAL INFORMATION SITE
Today, October 10, 2010, SKCTC launches its bilingual information website via its portal. You can view it now under the Arabic Domains menu option.
The new SKCTC information domain is now launched. This information domain is done in bilingual presentation both in English-Arabic pages to give more locally-understandable information of the available training services of SKCTC .
This is in line with the former CEO, and now SAS Chairman, Dr. Saleh A. Sonbul, PhD’s vision to spread knowledge across all levels of society in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

SKCTC is now an Institute - The Science and Knowledge Consultancy and Training Institute (SKCTI)

Former SKCTC has now been upgraded into an Institute (SKCTI) by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education and the Saudi Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC). This has been announced by its President and Founder Dr Saleh A. Sonbul, PhD during its executive meeting while tackling the 1st Quarter performance report.

This acknowledges the quality and caliber of the SKCTC being a strong provider and deliverer of value education and professional management and executive trainings to the members of the Saudi communities.
